We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative
Product & Innovation Manager
to
lead the end-to-end development of our skincare products
. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, ensuring quality and market competitiveness, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and profitable product innovations.

Job Description

  • Develop and direct product development strategies for skincare products in alignment with the brand vision and market needs.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept planning to commercial launch.
  • Identify product innovation opportunities through trend research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on product strategy.
  • Set product portfolio priorities and manage the development pipeline based on business potential and market readiness.
  • Ensure product quality, positioning, and profitability meet company standards and targets.
  • Manage strategic relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure effective and efficient development processes.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing products and provide recommendations for product improvement, enhancement, or innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in
    skincare/cosmetic
    product development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of formulation, BPOM regulations, and skincare active ingredient trends.
  • Highly oriented toward product innovation, market analysis, and business profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with effective communication and coordination.
