Requirements :

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Indonesian Law.

  • Familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations (especially labor, economic, and tax laws) as well as national policies.

  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and prepare written documents in both Mandarin and Indonesian.

  • Experience in mining industry or industrial background

Preferred

  • Experienced in dealing with Indonesian government departments such as commerce, taxation, labour, judiciary, and police, with good knowledge of their processes and procedures.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, fair and just in handling matters, with an overall awareness of business needs.
