Foundry / Metal Casting Manager - Pump

Our client, a water pump manufacturer, is currently looking for a Foundry Manager, highly experienced in metal casting and familiar with the pump industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Production Target: Monitor and improve FC and BC tonnage targets according to PPIC schedules to achieve the company's production goals.
  • Reject Control: Ensure product and material quality meet company standards to maintain reject rates below the maximum allowable level.
  • Productivity: Monitor and enhance production productivity to meet the targeted output and improve overall efficiency.
  • Production Cost: Control and monitor material testing and production costs according to departmental budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Human Resource: Evaluate and monitor team performance in line with company standards and SOPs and Improve employee discipline and attendance to support smooth production operations.
  • Work Environment: Implement 5S and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) programs in accordance with regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Production Management / Metallurgy
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in foundry field is a MUST
  • Experienced in the pump industry is prioritized
  • Deep understanding of metal production and metal castings
  • Proficient in English both spoken and written
