We are assisting our client, a Japanese electronics and home appliances company, in hiring a Finance Supervisor. The role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure strong internal control, accurate financial analysis, and effective coordination with management to support strategic business decisions.

Requirement:


• Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Experienced in the same field min 5 year

• Experience working with large data and SAP would be an advantage
• Familiar with Fixed Asset Management & Inventory Management

• Familiar with Indonesia accounting standard and company internal control.

• Have a good communication and analytical thinking

• Have ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately

• Able to speak English will be prefered

• Having ability to operate computer and Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Willing to work at EJIP – Cikarang

Description:

• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting analysis

• Cost control / checking and Cost analysis

• Responsible of Inventory control & Fixed Asset Management

• Annual budget management, budget control, budget analysis

• Control, and develop Finance operation and make innovation

• Make value added analysis (expense, risk & opportunity of company operation) and data center &resources management

• Prepare SBU forecast and P&L management
