About the role

As a Supervisor Texturizing at GUTHRIE INTERNATIONAL SEI MANGKEI REFINERY', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the texturizing operations within the manufacturing plant located in Simalungun, North Sumatra. This full-time position requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the texturizing team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimisations
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the texturizing operations
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align texturizing activities with the overall business objectives
• Maintain detailed records and reports, and communicate progress to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the Palm Oil industry
• Thorough understanding of texturizing processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
