Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant field in transportation/infrastructure.
  • Min 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, PPP (Public-Private Partnership), or transportation planning.
  • Strong understanding of PPP schemes, feasibility studies, and project risk management.
  • Proficient in traffic analysis, geometric design, and transportation planning.
  • Skilled in preparing and reviewing technical documents, contracts, and project reports.
  • Proficient in project management and transportation software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Active proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Job Description:

  • Develop and prepare the proposal for project opportunities related to PPP and transportation sector.
  • Engage in feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial modeling for PPP initiatives.
  • Prepare and review PPP-related documentation including tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications.
  • For project implementation, liaise with government bodies, private investors, and international development partners.
  • Ensure the project compliance with Indonesian PPP regulations and procurement standards
  • Provide technical input in the planning, design, and execution of transportation infrastructure projects
  • Develop and prepare project proposal for transportation sector i.e.feasibility study, due diligence, traffic analysis, transport modeling, and/or any engineering assessments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during project implementation to integrate engineering solutions with environmental, social, and financial considerations.
  • Support transportation and PPP project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building activities.
