Barista (KopiKori)

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and skilled Barista to join our Kopikori team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for coffee, can communicate in English, and enjoys contributing ideas for new menus and promotional activities.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Kopikori standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
• Contribute ideas for new drink creations, seasonal menus, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, including basic communication in English.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, coffee machines, tools, and the overall café environment.
• Manage stock levels (beans, milk, syrups, etc.) and report supply shortages.
• Assist the kitchen team when needed, especially during busy hours.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Support daily opening and closing routines of the café.

• Experience as a Barista (fresh graduates with strong interest in coffee are welcome).
• Able to communicate in basic to intermediate English.
• Skilled in operating espresso machines and understanding coffee extraction techniques.
• Creative and passionate about developing new drink menus.
• Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and excellent customer service mindset.
• Willing to participate in café cleaning routines and support kitchen operations.
• Disciplined, neat, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
