Senior Tax Staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax with Min. 3 years of experience in the Tax Field

- Have good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and able to work under tight deadlines

- Have Brevet A&B certification and understand regional tax laws

- Able to use and report monthly/yearly taxes using apps (Coretax, Web DJP, Web e-faktur, e-Form)

- Advanced in MS. Office (Excel, Word and Visio)

- Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Job Description:

- Create and review working papers for PPh and PPN reporting

- Review invoices and prepare/publish Faktur Pajak documents

- Help create SPT PPh Badan and Nominative list

- Verify and reconcile tax documents

- Conduct NPWP registration for new branches and conduct reclamation processes

- Help to prepare documents during a Tax Audit (if needed)

Senior Accounting Staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in KAP

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas)

- Strong ability to analyze financial data

- Proficiency in English (at least passive; active proficiency is an advantage)

Job Description:

- Prepare data for monthly closing

- Prepare listing after closing

- Provide required data for external auditors during the financial statement audit

- Provide required data/listings for other departments
