Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance and housekeeping services by liaising with vendors and assigning tasks. Ensures timely follow-up, schedules site visits, and tracks service completion to maintain property standards. Acts as the point of contact between the property team and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, assess, and prioritize maintenance and housekeeping requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors and assign tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule site visits and monitor service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests, assignments, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with overseas clients and vendors via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Communication & Language Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
  • Fast, accurate typing with grammatically correct responses.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good research, sourcing, and basic negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple open cases.

Experience

  • Customer service, call center, banking, hospitality, logistics, or similar experience is a plus.
  • Experience in vendor coordination, building management, maintenance, or housekeeping services is an advantage.

  • Willing to work on-site
  • Willing to work night shift hours including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
