3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
4. Internship period: 4 months (end of Nov end of Feb 2025).
5. Basic English proficiency.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Handle office procurement and ensure timely fulfillment of operational needs.
2. Manage payment of office bills and rental houses.
3. Collect sales documents from the Sales team for processing and filing.
4. Coordinate customer accounts receivable (AR) with the Finance team.
5. Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as required.
