We're looking for a driven and strategic
Business Development Manager
to lead and grow the packaging business in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta. In this role, you'll manage existing key accounts, drive new business growth, and help shape our market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow current customer accounts and distributor channels.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and gross margin targets.
  • Conduct market research to support sales strategy and planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support product development to stay competitive in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, delivery, and credit policies.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales reports.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Strong track record in account management and new business development.
  • Able to work independently and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs in Indonesia.
  • Experience working with distributor channels is a plus.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly accountable.
