Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (cash, bank, sales, and purchases) accurately and timely.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and reimbursement documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis.
- Maintain and organize financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including balance sheet and income statement.
- Support tax filing processes (PPN, PPh) and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect required financial data.
- Perform administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.
- Assist the Accounting Supervisor/Manager in any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Handling ecommerce would be advantage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years experience is a plus.
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
