We are seeking a Product Manager, Retail Systems to support one of our clients, a leading retail group in Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone who understands retail operations beyond the storefront, deep into POS transactions, warehouse flows, inventory movements, and ERP processes. If you excel at translating business problems into scalable technology solutions while balancing practicality and long-term vision, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap for core retail systems: POS, Warehouse Management, ERP integrations, and omnichannel enablers.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and engineering teams to define requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, rollout, and adoption.
  • Standardise and modernise retail processes across brands and business units.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term enterprise technology strategy.
  • Conduct user research and operational walkthroughs with store, warehouse, and finance stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors, assess solution architectures, and validate technical feasibility.
  • Monitor product performance using defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with leadership and all stakeholders.

Qualifications
:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in retail technology.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, warehouse operations, inventory workflows, and ERP platforms (e.g., Retail Pro, Microsoft Business Central, or similar).
  • Proven experience building or scaling retail platforms across multiple business units.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering solutions that improve efficiency, reduce operational errors, or enhance revenue.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
