Job Title: Shift Lead - SPX Express (Sinaboi, Kab. Rokan Hilir, Riau

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Memantau proses masuk dan keluarnya barang hingga diproses ke linehaul
  • Memantau proses penyortiran dan memastikan sesuai dengan SOP
  • Melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan sumber daya menyesuaikan dengan volume yang ada
  • Memantau produktivitas dan kapasitas team serta alat kerja yang digunakan
  • Menerapkan 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Persyaratan:

  • Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma atau Sarjana di bidang apapun
  • Memiliki 1-2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Koordinator/Supervisor dalam Logistik/Supply Chain atau sejenis, terutama di bidang Warehouse/Ekspedisi/ Logistik
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik
  • Mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office
  • Bersedia untuk bekerja dalam shifting
  • Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Sinaboi, Kab. Rokan Hilir, Riau
