We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in all transactions, and contributing to efficient financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proactive approach to managing financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant government regulations.
  • Support the finance and accounting team during internal and external audits
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Accounting.
  • Proven ability and experience operating ACCURATE Accounting Software is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven working experience in a Finance or Accounting role within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required. This includes experience with F&B specific cost control or inventory processes.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and procedures, particularly related to operational finance.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
