Job Description:

  1. Manager Office 365 Administration (user accounts, licenses, access permissions).
  2. Server management (maintain windows server: active directory, DNS, DHCP, group policy).
  3. Configure and troubleshoot Network Management (LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, swtiches, firewalls).
  4. Maintain inventory of IT assets (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)
  5. Helpdesk Management: ticketing system, document issues, improvements.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Information Systems/ Technology, Computer Science or any relevant major from reputable University min GPA 3.00.
  2. Must fluent in English.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure.
  4. Specialized skills in Microsoft 365 Administrator, Server & Network Administrator, IT Device & Asset Management.
  5. Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi
