About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support professional to join our dynamic team at PT. Bali Berkat Abadi (BCENTRUM BALI). As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for our clients
• Provide end-user support and training on various IT systems and applications
• Maintain and update IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network equipment
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and tools
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities
• Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and common IT applications
• Certification in IT support, such as CompTIA A+, is preferred
