  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (website traffic, social media analytics, campaign ROI).
  • Collaborate with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with school goals.
  • Organize and promote school events (open houses, fairs, workshops) to attract prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain the school's online presence, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or a similar sector.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners.
  • Creative thinking to design innovative campaigns and solve problems.
  • Attention to detail in managing budgets, timelines, and brand consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset to stay updated on marketing trends.
