Placement: Head Office Pluit, North Jakarta (Full WFO)

Job Description:

  • Verify completeness and accuracy of patients' insurance claim documents.
  • Manage and distribute insurance files (both physical & digital).
  • Upload documents to insurance portals and update claim databases.
  • Monitor claim status and ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams to resolve pending claims.
  • Attend training sessions and deliver insurance policy updates to clinic teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in dental clinics or hospitals.
  • Good understanding of insurance claim processes; proficient in MS Office & administration.
  • Strong communication, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, team player, and customer-oriented.
