Job Descriptions

  • Merancang dan membangun sistem backend yang scalable dan robust
  • Merancang system architecture (pipeline, network topology, internet/intranet integration, dll)
  • Mengimplementasi solusi teknis untuk masalah kompleks
  • Berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder untuk menerjemahkan requirement bisnis menjadi solusi teknis
  • Mengoptimalkan performa aplikasi dan memastikan keamanan sistem
  • Membangun dan memelihara dokumentasi teknis dan diagram arsitektur sistem

Job Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Ilmu Komputer/Sistem Informasi/Teknologi Informasi
  • Pengalaman minimal 1-5 tahun di bidang Java Backend Development (fresh graduate dengan portfolio kuat dipertimbangkan)
  • Wajib menguasai Java Spring Boot sebagai backend framework utama
  • Pengalaman dalam merancang arsitektur sistem (untuk level senior)
  • Mampu membuat dan menjelaskan diagram system architecture (network topology, data flow, infrastructure, dll)

Bahasa Pemrograman & Framework:

  • Utama (WAJIB): Java + Spring Boot Framework
  • Tambahan (nilai tambah): Python, C#

Database (minimal 1 SQL dan 1 NoSQL):

  • SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • NoSQL: Firebase, MongoDB

Version Control & DevOps:

  • Menguasai Git untuk kolaborasi dan manajemen kode
  • Pengalaman dengan CI/CD pipeline dan automation
  • Familiar dengan Docker dan container orchestration
  • Pengalaman deployment dan monitoring production systems

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Mampu menganalisis masalah kompleks dan merancang solusi yang efisien
  • Komunikasi: Mahir berkomunikasi dengan tim teknis maupun non-teknis
  • Cepat Belajar & Adaptif: Terbuka terhadap teknologi baru dan cepat menguasai tools baru
  • Terorganisir: Mampu mengelola multiple projects dan prioritas dengan efektif

Nilai Tambah (Nice to Have):

  • Pengalaman dengan microservices architecture
  • Pengalaman dengan cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiar dengan message queuing systems (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Pengalaman dalam system design dan capacity planning
  • Kontribusi aktif di komunitas developer atau open source
  • Sertifikasi profesional (AWS Certified, Azure Certified, Oracle Java Certified)
  • Pengalaman dengan Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Paham konsep security best practices dan compliance

Interview Requirements:

  • Kandidat diharapkan dapat menunjukkan dan menjelaskan diagram design system architecture yang pernah dibuat
  • Mampu menjelaskan design decisions dan trade-offs dalam arsitektur sistem
  • Wajib dapat menunjukkan portfolio/project berbasis Java Spring Boot
