Responsibilities

  • Create and update Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on existing features and UI/UX.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Product Managers to gather technical details and system information.
  • Document functional and non-functional product requirements clearly.
  • Write, edit, and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain documentation standards and ensure alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Support process documentation related to product development and updates.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured, and detailed written content.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to translate UI/UX into functional requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in learning new technologies.
  • Comfortable working with Engineers and Product Managers to gather information.
  • Familiarity with PRD, SDLC, and Agile methodology is an advantage.
