Store Manager bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan operasional toko, termasuk pengelolaan tim, pencapaian target penjualan, pengendalian stok, pelayanan pelanggan, serta implementasi kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan. Store Manager memastikan pengalaman belanja yang optimal bagi pelanggan dan lingkungan kerja yang positif bagi tim.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan Minimal S1 Semua Jurusan.
  2. Berpengalaman Minimal 3 tahun di Posisi Store Manager dalam Retail/Supermarket, Diutamakan di Bidang Bahan Bangunan atau Home Improvement.
  3. Memahami Operasional Toko Secara Menyeluruh Serta Terbiasa Pembuatan Laporan dan Sistem POS ERP/Inventory.
  4. Familiar dengan Software Affari (Diutamakan).
  5. Memiliki Kemampuan Leadership Kuat dalam Mengelola Tim Multi-Level.
  6. Memiliki Kemampuan Analisa, Komunikasi, Koordinasi Lintas Divisi, Problem Solving, dan Pengambilan Keputusan Cepat.
  7. Memiliki Minat Belajar yang Tinggi serta Berintegritas dan Konsisten.
  8. Domisili di Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara (Diutamakan).
