QC/ QA/ SUPERVISOR

Job description :

  • Melakukan sampling, pengujian laboratorium, serta analisa hasil uji untuk menjamin mutu produk.
  • Memantau dan memastikan penerapan Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, dan food safety di area produksi.
  • Menjadi Document Control
  • Mengawasi aktivitas inspeksi & pengujian incoming material, in-process, dan final product.
  • Menyusun, merevisi dan mengembangkan SOP, WI (Work Instruction), Form, dan Standard Quality untuk setiap proses produksi.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknologi Pangan, Kimia, Biologi, atau sejenisnya.
  • Min. 3 tahun di bidang Quality Control di manufaktur Makanan dan Minuman
  • Memahami dan pernah melakukan sertifikasi GMP, Halal, HACCP, Food Safety, ISO dan Document Control System
  • Mampu melakukan analisa mikrobiologi, fisika maupun kimia
  • Teliti, detail-oriented, serta memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem-solving.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan berkoordinasi lintas departemen.
  • Bersedia dinas luar kantor (Cikarang)

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

  • Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
