What you'll be doing

  1. Actively recruiting and onboarding new delivery riders to meet the company's staffing needs
  2. Managing, training and providing ongoing support to the rider team to ensure high-quality service and on-time deliveries
  3. Monitoring rider performance and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  4. Coordinating with the operations team to optimise delivery routes and schedules
  5. Resolving any issues or concerns raised by riders or customers in a timely and professional manner
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
  7. create communication with surrounding for the recruitment process

What we're looking for

  1. At least 4 years of experience in a similar recruitment or operations role, preferably in the mass hiring
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  3. A valid driver's licence and a good understanding of local road networks and traffic patterns
  4. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for recruitment, scheduling and performance tracking
