Job Summary

PT AIM Medical Technology Indonesia is seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team. This role will focus on planning, producing, and editing high-quality video content for marketing, education, and social media purposes within the aesthetic, beauty, and medical device industry. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver visually compelling content that reflects our brand, supports product education, and strengthens our presence across Southeast Asia.


Responsibilities
  1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content aligned with marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences in the aesthetic and medical technology sector.
  2. Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras, lenses, and supporting equipment.
  3. Set up lighting, framing, and composition to ensure professional and consistent visual quality.
  4. Edit raw footage into engaging and informative videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  5. Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance clarity and engagement, especially for educational and promotional content.
  6. Design graphic content for digital marketing needs, including social media carousels, posters, banners, and promotional visuals, ensuring visual consistency with the brand identity.
  7. Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, product, and social media teams to understand content objectives, product positioning, and campaign goals.
  8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, training materials, and social media content.
  9. Develop innovative video and graphic concepts that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience trust within the aesthetic and medical community.
  10. Adapt video editing styles and graphic designs to align with current trends and technical requirements across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-production to post-production and design execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  12. Organize, label, and archive video and design assets systematically for efficient retrieval an## Requirements
  13. Minimum education of S1 (Bachelor) in any major; a background in multimedia, graphic design, visual communication, film, or related fields is an advantage.
  14. Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, and/or Graphic Designer, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or medical device industry.
  15. Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
