Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer with specialized expertise in healthcare technology to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of professional engineering experience with a consistent background in healthcare-related software development. Candidates with sustained experience in the healthcare industry are highly preferred. You will play a critical role in developing and integrating solutions that directly impact healthcare delivery and data interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement healthcare system integrations using
HL7, FHIR, and Web Services
standards

· Develop and maintain systems for healthcare data exchange and interoperability

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare software applications

· Build and optimize features across both front-end and back-end systems

· Travel flexibility to partner hospitals across Indonesia as needed for system implementation and support

· Collaborate with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, robust solutions

· Ensure systems meet healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements

· Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain healthcare-grade code quality

· Troubleshoot and optimize system performance with focus on healthcare data security

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

· 5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development

· Proven track record in healthcare software development and system integration

· Extensive experience with healthcare data standards:
HL7, FHIR, and Web Services

· Deep understanding of healthcare system workflows and data structures

· Willingness and ability to travel to partner hospitals across Indonesia as required

· Proficiency in front-end technologies
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular)

· Strong back-end development skills
(Python required)

· Experience with healthcare-compatible databases
(PostgreSQL preferred)

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

· Familiarity with version control systems
(Git)

· Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

· Experience working with
electronic health records (EHR) systems

· Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and security standards

· Experience with healthcare API development and microservices architecture

· Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data management

· Familiarity with containerization in healthcare contexts (Docker, Kubernetes)
