Garudaku Hiring Back End Developer

Tujuan: Mengembangkan, memelihara, dan mengoptimalkan sistem back end yang efisien, aman, dan scalable. Berperan aktif dalam seluruh siklus pengembangan produk mulai dari analisis, implementasi, hingga deployment.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
  2. 2 – 5 tahun sebagai Back End Developer dengan minimal 1 tahun menggunakan Laravel/Lumen Framework.
  3. Terbiasa bekerja dengan metode Scrum/Agile, aktif dalam Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, dan Review.
  4. Menguasai PHP 7+ dan framework Laravel/Lumen.
  5. Paham konsep RESTful API dan integrasi antar sistem.
  6. Mampu mendesain dan mengoptimasi MySQL Database (indexing, query optimization, E-R design).
  7. Paham JSON, JWT, OAuth, dan mekanisme autentikasi API.
  8. Pengalaman dengan version control (Git/GitHub).
  9. Terbiasa melakukan debugging, unit testing, dan dokumentasi API.
  10. Mampu bekerja dalam tim lintas divisi (Front End, QA/QC, DevOps).
  11. Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki problem-solving yang baik.
  12. Mampu bekerja mandiri dengan tanggung jawab tinggi.
  13. Proaktif memberikan ide perbaikan sistem dan dokumentasi teknis

Teknis (Nilai Tambah)

  • Pengalaman menggunakan Redis, RabbitMQ, atau MongoDB.
  • Familiar dengan Docker atau container-based environment.
  • Paham konsep CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Memahami konfigurasi dasar Nginx/Apache

Sertifikasi (Optional)

Laravel Certified Developer, MySQL Certification, atau sertifikasi Back End relevan lainnya.

Best Practice Garudaku

  • Mampu melakukan code review terhadap tim junior.
  • Memahami struktur microservice dan API gateway dalam sistem besar Garudaku.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan environment Linux (Ubuntu) dan memahami multi-domain environment.
