We're looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst (Middle Level) at IFT Group

IFT Group is a leading technology and digital solutions company focused on driving business transformation through innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and document comprehensive business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze requirements and provide solutions to meet business goals (needs, issues, and pain points).
  • Conduct requirement gathering, solution analysis, application testing and production system support.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of business and user needs, and translate them into wireframes or mockups as needed.
  • Develop project documentation, including functional specification, business cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Execution of each phase of the full software development life cycle project, from project scoping to end-user testing.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, development, and other related teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the ideation, research, design, and launch of new digital products and solutions.
  • Adhere to industry standards and best practices in every phase of the project.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing when necessary.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and areas of improvement

What We're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking/FSI industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Familiar using Jira, or other project management tools.
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques & tools.
  • English proficiency (active and passive).
  • Having their own laptop for work activities during office hours.
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
