  1. Be responsible for on-site employee training and process guidance in the production site.
  2. Assist engineers in process improvement or the introduction of new processes.
  3. Be responsible for resolving abnormalities in the production line to ensure normal production.
  4. Assist engineers in analyzing abnormalities, formulating temporary and long-term countermeasures, and following up on the improvement effects.
  5. Assist engineers in compiling and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as distributing relevant documents.
  6. Maintain close communication with the production and quality departments.
Job Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of relevant work experience; on-site work experience is preferred.
  2. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or related fields.
