Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable (AR) role based in Denpasar (Head Office Bali). The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage and oversee the billing and payment processes, including invoicing, recording transactions, and handling debt collection. The role also requires regular communication with clients to address payment-related inquiries and ensure timely settlements. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to guarantee financial compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Proficiency in invoicing and debt collection processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting or billing software is an advantage (preference: PMS. VHP, Etc.)
  • Educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields
  • Prior experience in accounts receivable or financial in Hospitality Industry
