Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for the Eastern Indonesia region (Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua)
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of talented sales professionals to deliver outstanding results
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven initiatives to drive continued growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting to Senior Management
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the sales function and the business as a whole
