At Caterpillar's Indonesia Batam, we manufacture Hydraulic Mining Shovels products used in building the infrastructure and mining to move materials that makes a better world.

As Caterpillar's Manufacturing Analyst, you will work both independently and as part of a team to perform detailing budget management for expense and capital. Creates, updates and improves manufacturing engineering document.

As the Manufacturing Analyst, you will:

• Detailed budget management with accountability for delivering to spend profile on time.
• Facilitate manufacturing engineering capital and expense budgeting and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Order recognition and organization of purchase orders across functional areas.
• Creates, updates, and improves manufacturing engineering standard works.
• Support attendance record and validation.
• Coordinate supplier permit based on required.

The successful candidate must bring:

• Engineering, Finance or business administration degree background or equivalent experiences.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in SAP, Power BI, PowerApps, Coupa, GEP, Excel.
• Knowledge of data, process and events, ability to use tools and techniques for analysing and documenting logical relationships among data, processes or events.
• Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources.
• Ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic way.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate and work with cross functional teams to provide updates on key departmental activities.

• Knowledge of large-scale budge management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Additional Information

Shift: Regular.

Work location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau.

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.
