About the Client

Our client is an international digital marketing agency serving US-based businesses across multiple industries. They specialize in helping brands grow through performance marketing, outbound strategy, and revenue-focused digital solutions. This role is hired by Ruby on behalf of our client and will be embedded directly into the client's marketing and creative team.

Role Description

The Graphic Designer will support the client's US marketing team by creating high-quality visual assets across digital channels. This role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand and campaign objectives into compelling visuals that drive engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital marketing assets including social media creatives, ad visuals, landing page graphics, email banners, and presentation materials
• Create static and light motion graphics aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and performance teams to execute creative concepts
• Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms and formats (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, web)
• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs while adapting to different client brands
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines efficiently
• Incorporate feedback from US-based stakeholders and iterate quickly
• Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries

Quality & Performance Standards

• Ensure designs meet brand standards, campaign objectives, and platform specifications
• Deliver assets on time and with a high level of visual quality
• Maintain clear communication with team members during feedback and revisions
• Continuously improve creative output through feedback and performance insights

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work (ads, social media, web, email)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus
• Understanding of performance-driven creative for paid media is strongly preferred
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing and able to work night shift (US Pacific hours) from Indonesia
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Schedule & Location

Because this role supports the US market, work hours will follow US PST business hours, requiring a night shift in Indonesia.

12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
IDR 16,000,000 – 20,000,000 per month
