JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Mengelola kampanye Google Ads
  2. Menyiapkan, menjalankan, dan mengoptimasi kampanye Search, Display, Performance Max.
  3. Melakukan riset keyword dan competitor analysis.
  4. Melakukan A/B testing pada iklan.
  5. Membuat dan mengoptimasi landing page
  6. Mendesain landing page menggunakan tools seperti Elementor, Webflow, Wix, atau builder lainnya.
  7. Mengaplikasikan prinsip CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  8. Menyusun struktur konten dan copywriting landing page.
  9. Membangun dan mengelola funnel lead generation
  10. Menghubungkan Google Ads dengan CRM/WhatsApp autotion/form leads.
  11. Menyusun alur automasi sederhana jika diperlukan (email/WA follow-up).
  12. Analisis data dan laporan kinerja
  13. Memonitor hasil kampanye (CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL).
  14. Menyusun laporan performa mingguan/bulanan.
  15. Memberikan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan performa.
  16. Melakukan riset pasar dan targeting
  17. Mengidentifikasi audiens potensial.

  18. Riset tren pasar, perilaku pembeli, dan strategi kompetitor.

  19. REQUIREMENT

  20. Pengalaman menjalankan iklan Meta Ads atau TikTok Ads minimal 2 tahun
  21. Menguasai Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax).
  22. Mampu membuat landing page menggunakan website builder (Elementor, Webflow, Wix, atau sejenisnya).
  23. Memahami konsep CRO, funnel pemasaran, dan tracking.
  24. Menguasai dasar Google Analytics 4 (GA4) dan Google Tag Manager.
  25. Mampu menulis copywriting untuk landing page dan iklan.
  26. Memiliki kemampuan analisa data yang kuat.
  27. Familiar dengan CRM / lead form / integrasi WA.
  28. Pengalaman membuat automation (email atau WA).
  29. Memahami SEO dasar.
