We are looking for a Trader team leader with strong expertise in sourcing and market analysis to manage trading operations effectively. The ideal candidate has experience in agricultural commodities sourcing and sales, understands supply chains, and maintains a robust network within the industry.

Description

  • Develop and execute trading strategies for agricultural commodities.
  • Source products effectively and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive terms.
  • Drive sales initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to inform decisions.
  • Manage and optimize supply chain processes across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational and financial targets.

Profile

  • Proven experience in commodity trading, preferably in agriculture or related sectors.
  • Strong background in sourcing and selling raw materials or additives.
  • Market exposure to farms, distributors, or processing facilities.
  • Deep understanding of commodity supply chains and logistics.
  • Established network of industry contacts and channels.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
