We're looking for a RSO (Revenue, Strategy, Operations) & Finance to help with managing financial data systems, documenting SOPs, and coordinating with business partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and cross-functional collaboration — and wants to learn how an operations backbone is built inside a growing tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Database Management
  2. Update internal wiki and service databases
  3. Maintain pricing database and analysis
  4. SOP Documentation
  5. Help organize and document existing or missing SOPs related to revenue and growth
  6. Create accounting journal guidelines and assist in reconciliation checks
  7. Business Partner & Administrative Support
  8. Assist in the creation and coordination of partnership agreements
  9. Handle administrative processes for business partners

Requirements

  1. Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Finance-related background: Accounting, Economics or Industrial Engineering from reputable university or other related fields (especially those focusing on systems and database management)
  2. Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
  3. Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills
  4. Able to collaborate effectively across teams and eager to learn new tools or processes

  1. Hands-on experience with pricing models, structures and COGS management
  2. How to build and maintain an operational knowledge base
  3. End-to-end process of managing business partners and financial documentation
