Objective

To lead and manage corporate affairs functions including government relations, public policy, stakeholder engagement, external & internal communications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and protecting the company's reputation and license to operate.

What You Will Do:

Stakeholder & Government Relations

  1. Develop and manage relationships with government agencies, regulators, industry associations, and other key external stakeholders.
  2. Monitor regulatory and policy developments affecting the business, and advise the President Director and leadership team.
  3. Represent the company in public forums, hearings, or industry events as needed.

Corporate Communications

  1. Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies in line with company values and goals.
  2. Serve as a spokesperson or prepare leadership for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
  3. Manage crisis communication and reputation risk issues proactively.

Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs

  1. Analyze and provide recommendations on public policy issues relevant to the company.
  2. Work with legal, compliance, and business teams to advocate for favorable business environments.

Executive Support

  1. Provide strategic counsel to the President Director on corporate affairs, media strategy, policy risks, and stakeholder dynamics.
  2. Prepare high-level briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for the President Director.
  3. Act as an ambassador of the President Director's office when dealing with external high-level stakeholders.

Internal Coordination

Work cross-functionally with legal, HR, marketing, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and regulatory alignment.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Law, Political Science, or related field

  2. Minimum Experience (in the same position) 5 Years

  3. Collaborative and strong in communication & negotiation, with Extensive Network
