About the Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for a Chinese Interpreter to facilitate clear and accurate communication between Chinese-speaking management and local teams.

The role requires excellent spoken Mandarin fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and prior experience working directly with Chinese professionals or companies.

You will provide oral interpretation during meetings and support translation for business activities, helping bridge language and cultural differences across the organization.

Fluent Mandarin (speaking & listening) is MANDATORY.

Reading and writing proficiency is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time oral interpretation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (or English) during meetings, calls, and daily interactions.
  • Assist Chinese management in communicating with local employees, partners, and clients.
  • Translate important business documents, reports, and correspondence when needed.
  • Support day-to-day coordination between departments.
  • Ensure all translations are accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and listening) — mandatory.
  • HSK Level 5 or above required.
  • Reading and writing proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an interpreter, translator, or personal assistant.
  • Must have prior experience working with Chinese management or Chinese companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in multinational, trading, or e-commerce companies.
  • Familiarity with Chinese business culture and communication style.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
