Business Analyst
.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business processes, interpreting data, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions. This position requires strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to evaluating operational performance, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution on the ground.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, conduct quality assessments, and implement data-driven recommendations that enhance efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Based in Surabaya
  • Proven experience in
    data analysis
    and
    quality assurance
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
