Legal Respentative

Job Descripton :

• Responsible for Corporate Legal or Corporate Secretary.
• Coordinate with Notaries/PPAT to create Deeds of Sale and Purchase, Release of Rights, Deeds of Power of Attorney and other Legal Documents.
• Processing certification documents and name changes at local government agencies.
• Supporting documentation and archiving related to legal compliance and company legality.
• Involved in business empowerment activities, including developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to business operations and conducting legal training (e.g., contract signing and negotiation, theft cases, and handling consumer complaints).
• Handle legal compliance tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law.
• Work Experience At least 3 years of relevant legal work experience
• Qualified through the Indonesian legal qualification exam.
• Strong mindset and independent learning ability (especially in legal research), with clear logical thinking and the ability to quickly identify the essence and key points of legal relationships in business scenarios.
• Ability to identify risks and provide legal advice and solutions based on business needs.
• Reliable in carrying out duties, and committed to a long-term career in law.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (vocal and written).
• Placement in the Sekupang Industrial Estate, Batam.
