Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communication/Management/IT (Master's is a plus).
  • 8–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with minimum 4–5 years in managerial level.

  • Experience in banking/financial services/fintech is mandatory.

  • Proven expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, CRM & automation, SEO, social media, and content.

  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics, CRO, A/B testing, and tracking tools.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Preferred: experience with MarTech platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce/MoEngage) and digital certifications (Google/Meta/SEO).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end–to–end digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Manage performance marketing, SEO, CRM/Email Marketing, Content, Social Media, KOL, and digital activation.

Monitor and optimize digital campaigns based on data analytics, funnels, and attribution metrics.

Oversee digital budget planning, forecasting, and ROI/performance reporting.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.

Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Brand, Compliance, IT, and CX teams to support business goals.

Ensure all digital communications comply with OJK/BI regulations.
