RED Comm Indonesia is a digital marketing agency with over 20 years of experience based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is for our Social Commerce Business Unit.

Overview

As our HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience and see the real impact of Human Resources in keeping our business unit operations running smoothly

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain and organize candidate database sheets
• Communicate with candidates in a clear and friendly manner
• Assist in performance, training, and engagement initiatives
• Help address HR-related inquiries and requests from the BU

Who We Are Looking For

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology or a related field
• Outgoing, communicative, and proactive
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and administrative tasks
• HR internship experience is a plus

Duration: 4 months,
starting 1 December 2025

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (1-2x WFO per week)
