Job Description

Join a global contact center in Bali and deliver high-quality customer service for an international hospitality brand. We are looking for English-speaking professionals to support customer interactions across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding hotel services, reservations, and policies.
  • Upsell and promote properties or services within the hotel group to potential and existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Contact Center/Call Center, Customer Service, or Sales.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly communicative, customer-oriented, and service-minded.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Open to candidates with disabilities (must be able to see, speak, and type).
