Warehouse Specialist

Our client, a company engaged in aluminum packaging manufacturing, is currently seeking candidates for the position of Warehouse Specialist, for placement in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for verifying the arrival list with the actual product information,
• Counting the quantity, inspecting the appearance, and completing system registration and storage according to specifications.
• Regularly check inventory data, verify discrepancies between the account and the actual product, and promptly report expired/damaged materials to ensure an inventory.
• Prepare inventory according to production or delivery needs, verify order information with batches of goods, and ensure the implementation of the first-in-first-out (FIFO) principle.
• Supervise the cleanliness of the warehouse area, the unobstructed passageways, and the integrity of fire-fighting equipment.
• Correcting any violations and eliminating any safety hazards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience 2–3 years in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse equipment safely.
