Responsibilities:

  1. Fully responsible for the company's tax management in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and related regulations.
  2. Formulate and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the corporate tax structure and improve compliance and efficiency.
  3. Handle matters related to corporate income tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and transfer pricing to ensure proper and compliant filing.
  4. Establish and maintain good relationships with the Indonesian tax authorities (DJP) and relevant government agencies.
  5. Guide and develop the tax team to enhance their professional capabilities.
  6. Provide professional advice on tax compliance and cross-border settlements to the headquarters (China) and the Indonesian subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Law, or other related fields.
  2. Proficient in Indonesian tax laws and familiar with international tax treaties (such as double taxation avoidance and transfer pricing regulations).
  3. Over 5 years of relevant tax experience; candidates who have served as Tax Manager in Indonesia or have equivalent experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms are preferred.
  4. Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with Indonesian tax authorities as well as Chinese and foreign shareholders.
  5. Language requirements: Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese.
