1.    Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan jurusan Manajemen Risiko, Teknik Industri, Kriminologi, Hukum, atau Manajemen Operasional)

2.    Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Loss Prevention / Risk Management / Internal Audit, lebih disukai di sektor utilitas, manufaktur, atau fasilitas publik .

3.    Memahami konsep operational risk, fraud detection, process control, dan root cause analysis

4.    Mampu menyusun SOP, investigasi lapangan, dan laporan risiko profesional

5.    Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi

6.    Mampu menggunakan Ms. Excel, Power BI, atau sistem ERP/monitoring tools lainnya

7.    Memiliki sertifikasi K3, Audit Internal, atau Security Management menjadi nilai tambah

8.    Bersedia melakukan kunjungan lapangan (site visit) secara berkala ke area operasi klien

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

1.    Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi Loss Prevention untuk mencegah kebocoran aset, barang, data, maupun pendapatan (revenue leakage).

2.    Melakukan analisis risiko operasional di seluruh titik kerja (distribution, treatment, asset yard, warehouse, dll) .

3.    Melakukan audit lapangan dan investigasi internal terhadap potensi fraud, pencurian, sabotase, atau kelalaian prosedural.

4.    Menyusun laporan dan rekomendasi mitigasi berbasis data, dengan klasifikasi loss (material, non-material, process, human, dan systemic losses).

5.    Berkoordinasi lintas divisi (Operasional, HR, Finance, IT, dan Client) untuk penerapan kontrol keamanan & integritas data.

6.    Mengembangkan sistem monitoring & dashboard loss prevention, termasuk integrasi dengan ERP dan sistem pengawasan digital.

7.    Melatih tim internal dan security field personnel agar memahami dan menjalankan SOP pencegahan kerugian secara konsisten.
