Bertanggunggjawab mengarahkan konsep visual, estetika, dan identitas produk khususnya untuk sepeda, sepeda listrik, dan motor listrik. Posisi ini untuk menciptakan desain produk yang tidak hanya fungsional tetapi juga memiliki nilai estetika tinggi, relevan dengan tren, dan memiliki ciri khas UNITED BIKE yang kuat.

Tujuan utama: Menghasilkan arah visual yang mampu memperkuat karakter produk dan merek UNITED BIKE melalui pemilihan warna, material, grafis yang menarik dan inovatif -- dan kami perlu adanya sentuhan feminin.

Job Desc:

  • Konseptual dan pengembangan desain ke arah estetika
  • Pemilihan warna, material, grafis (CMF)
  • Penguatan identitas produk dan brand
  • Evaluasi dan penyempurnaan desain
  • Riset tren (lokal maupun global)
  • Dokumentasi untuk konsistensi produksi dan presentasi konsep visual.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Desain Produk, Desain Industri, Desain Visual, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Designer Asst. Manager, khususnya yang berhubungan dengan CMF, estetika, atau identitas visual (pengalaman di industri sepeda/otomotif menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Memiliki ketertarikan dalam bidang otomotif
  • Memahami prinsip Color–Material–Finish (CMF) dan mampu menerjemahkan riset tren menjadi konsep visual yang kuat dan aplikatif.
  • Kepekaan estetika yang tinggi, dengan kemampuan menciptakan visual direction yang modern, elegan, dan memiliki sentuhan feminin tanpa menghilangkan karakter brand.
  • Menguasai software desain seperti Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), serta diutamakan memahami 3D (KeyShot, Blender, Rhino, SolidWorks, atau sejenisnya).
  • Memiliki wawasan tren global maupun lokal terkait gaya hidup, otomotif, mobilitas, fashion, dan material terkini.
  • Kuat dalam visual storytelling dan penyusunan presentasi konsep yang meyakinkan.
  • Detail-oriented, terstruktur, dan mampu membuat dokumentasi visual untuk kebutuhan produksi.
  • Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim R&D, engineer, dan marketing untuk memastikan estetika sejalan dengan fungsi dan strategi brand.
  • Komunikatif, proaktif, dan mampu menerima serta mengolah feedback untuk penyempurnaan desain.
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan
