Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related science field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with the insurance domain.
  • Hands-on experience with AS/400, L400/LifeAsia insurance systems is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance business processes and rules.
  • Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with experience in full-cycle software development.
  • Experience working with insurance-related applications, including front-end, integration, or core systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in SQL, particularly DML commands.

Job Descriptions:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are well understood and properly implemented.
  • Support end-to-end system development activities across the SDLC, from requirement analysis to implementation and testing.
  • Analyze existing insurance systems and processes to identify gaps, improvements, and solution enhancements.
  • Support application development and integration related to life insurance business processes.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, insurance regulations, and system standards.
