Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Content Creator UGC bertanggung jawab untuk membuat konten kreatif berbasis pengalaman pengguna (user-generated style) yang autentik, menarik, dan relevan dengan target audience brand. Posisi ini fokus pada pembuatan konten foto, video pendek, dan review produk/jasa yang dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan kampanye digital, iklan, maupun media sosial brand.

Tugas Utama:

  1. Membuat konten UGC berupa video pendek, foto, atau review produk sesuai brief dan kebutuhan brand.
  2. Melakukan riset tren di TikTok, Instagram, dan platform digital lain untuk menghasilkan ide konten yang relevan.
  3. Mengembangkan konsep dan script sederhana untuk setiap konten.
  4. Melakukan pengambilan gambar dan editing secara mandiri dengan kualitas baik.
  5. Berkolaborasi dengan tim kreatif untuk memastikan konten sesuai strategi brand.
  6. Menghasilkan beberapa variasi konten untuk kebutuhan A/B testing iklan digital.
  7. Menyampaikan materi konten tepat waktu sesuai timeline yang ditentukan.
  8. Menyimpan, mengatur, dan menyerahkan file mentah (raw files) ketika dibutuhkan.
  9. Mengikuti guideline brand agar konten tetap konsisten, natural, dan tidak terlihat seperti iklan hard-selling.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai UGC Creator atau Content Creator (nilai tambah).
  2. Percaya diri tampil di depan kamera dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.
  3. Memahami tren dan gaya storytelling konten TikTok/Instagram Reels.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan dasar shooting dan editing video (CapCut, VN, Premiere, dsb).
  5. Mampu membuat konten yang natural, autentik, dan relatable.
  6. Kreatif, inisiatif tinggi, dan mampu bekerja mandiri tanpa banyak supervisi.
  7. Mampu bekerja sesuai deadline dan fleksibel terhadap revisi.
  8. Memiliki portofolio UGC (lebih disukai).
  9. Bersedia ditempatkan di Gambir, Jakarta pusat
