Job Description:
- Sell upper-middle-class residential properties (Residential / Commercial).
- Prospect potential buyers that fit the product segment.
- Provide advice and assist buyers in deciding what they wish to purchase.
- Conduct presentations, follow up, and build good relationships with customers.
- Conduct online or face-to-face presentations to offer products to potential buyers and handle the sales process.
- Provide information regarding the housing projects being sold.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate sales leads via social media, telephone, or canvassing.
- Identify competitor sales positioning.
- Create sales strategy plans.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze sales report data or information.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Requirements:
- Age: 25-40 years old.
- Education Min. High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), all majors (Marketing & Communication preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Neat appearance: demonstrating a professional image.
- Previous experience in marketing is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales at a property company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and social media tools.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- An analytical problem solver and proactive.
- Money-oriented / Goal-oriented.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- High level of discipline, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to set and achieve targets effectively.
- Possess a personal vehicle.
